When you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, and message. The contact form is processed by Formspree.

When you join a mailing list or enter a giveaway, we may receive your email address, first name, entry source, and the page that referred you. Mailing-list and giveaway information is processed through Kit.

If you have a MattMadeMe account, we store the account information needed to authenticate you and provide the account. Passwords are stored as cryptographic hashes rather than readable passwords.

If a payment feature is offered, payment details are handled by the identified payment provider. MattMadeMe does not receive or store your full payment-card number.

We use Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, and Ahrefs Analytics to understand visits and improve the site. These providers may process information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, referring pages, and network identifiers in accordance with their own privacy policies.

The site may keep campaign, content, publication, Pin, and UTM identifiers in browser session storage for the current browsing session. When you follow a tracked link to Etsy, we record a limited first-party event containing approved campaign identifiers, page paths, the Etsy destination hostname, product identifier, and timestamp. We do not include cookies, full query strings, full Etsy URLs, or contact information in that event.

A one-way hash derived from the request address may be retained for up to 48 hours solely to enforce rate and cost limits. Approved first-party growth events are scheduled to expire after 400 days.

MattMadeMe uses a private internal tool to prepare, schedule, publish, reconcile, and measure content for MattMadeMe's own Pinterest account. The integration accesses only the Pinterest account authorized by its owner and requests only the permissions needed to read that account's boards and Pins, publish owner-approved Pins, and report performance.

We do not request Pinterest passwords or session cookies. We do not sell Pinterest API data, share it with advertising data brokers, or use it to build profiles about other Pinterest users. Pinterest credentials are restricted to the internal service and can be revoked through Pinterest.

We use information to operate and secure the website, respond to requests, provide requested communications, administer promotions, understand content performance, prevent abuse, and improve MattMadeMe products and experiences.

We share information only with service providers that help operate these functions, such as hosting, analytics, email, form, ecommerce, and payment providers; when you direct us to another service; when required by law; or when necessary to protect rights, safety, and security. We do not sell personal information.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose described in this policy, to meet legal obligations, or to resolve disputes. Retention periods may also be controlled by the service providers named above.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. You can limit browser storage or analytics through your browser and applicable provider controls. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message.

MattMadeMe.com is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
